Two ways, depending on the look you want. On the South Corona hillside lots near Skyline, a fence can step down the grade in level sections so the top line stays even and clean, or it can rack to follow the slope continuously with the pickets staying vertical. Either way the real work is in the posts: on a grade we set them deeper and in larger footings so the fence does not lean downhill over the years as the soil moves. We also keep the bottom of the boards off the dirt so runoff does not rot them out. Ben will look at your actual grade and tell you which approach suits the yard and your budget.

Yes. Any fence that forms part of a pool barrier has to meet California’s requirements: at least 60 inches tall, no gaps a small child can slip through, no climbable horizontal rails on the yard-facing side, and a gate that self-closes and self-latches every time. Corona inspectors and home-insurance reviewers check pool barriers closely, and a non-compliant one can hold up a sale or a policy. When your fence touches the pool, BPP builds it to that standard from the start and documents the install, so it clears the inspection without a last-minute fix.

Usually not at full height right at the property line. The City of Corona limits front and street-side fence height and enforces a sight-triangle at corners so drivers can see around them, and a solid tall fence in that zone draws a correction notice. What we do is keep the front and corner sections at a compliant height and run the full-height privacy fence where the code allows it, so you still get the screening you want without a fence the city makes you tear out.
